Courses

Use of Course Materials
All course materials, videos, written content, downloads, and digital resources are the exclusive property of Karina Alexandria Faamausili and Awaken Her Glow. These materials are intended solely for your personal learning and growth.

You may view, read, and print course materials for your individual use only. You may not share, copy, record, distribute, publish, or otherwise transfer access to any course content, login credentials, recordings, references, or downloadable files to others without prior written consent.

The above conditions apply once you register for the course and remain in effect during and after your participation, including if you complete, withdraw from, or end the program.

Course Access

Only registered participants are granted access to the course dashboard and materials. Access is intended for personal use by the individual purchaser only.

Refund Policy

You may withdraw from any online course at any time. However, once you have logged in and accessed the materials, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Access Duration
All courses include lifetime access unless otherwise stated. However, access may be revoked at any time if policies or terms have been violated.

1:1 Coaching Services

Nature of Coaching
Coaching sessions with Karina Alexandria Faamausili are typically conducted via Zoom and are designed to support your personal growth, awareness, and development. Coaching is a collaborative process that encourages open communication, honesty, and accountability between both coach and client.

The effectiveness of coaching depends on your active participation and willingness to engage in the process. If at any point you feel the coaching is not meeting your expectations, you agree to communicate this directly with Karina.

Disclaimer
Coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment. It does not replace counseling, psychotherapy, medical care, or substance abuse treatment. Coaching focuses on personal development and goal achievement, not clinical diagnosis or treatment.

Confidentiality
All coaching sessions are strictly confidential. Karina Alexandria Faamausili will not disclose any information or identify any client relationship without the client’s verbal or written consent, unless required by

law.

Coaching Sessions​

​

Session Attendance
Clients agree to join their Zoom call promptly at the scheduled time. Both coach and client commit to begin and end sessions on time.
If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered canceled, and the client will receive a 50% refund of the session fee.

​

When purchasing a coaching package plan: Client agrees to responsibly book all sessions included in this plan within the given timeframe of the plan. Failure to book/use all sessions included in this plan results in loss of those sessions.

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.

• If canceled or rescheduled within the 12-hour window, a 50% refund will be issued.

• A new session must then be booked for a future date.
  (Refunds for multi-session or monthly packages will be reviewed individually upon request.)
