Refund & Cancellation Policy
Client agrees to the following:
Refunds for Online Programs/Courses:
You are welcome to withdraw from an online program or course at any time. However, once you have enrolled and accessed the course materials (by logging in), no refunds will be issued for any reason.

All courses include lifetime access unless otherwise specified. Please note that access may be revoked at any time if the course terms or community guidelines are violated.
Refunds for Coaching
Clients agree to join their Zoom session promptly at the scheduled time. Both the coach and client commit to starting and finishing on time. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered canceled, and a 50% refund of the session fee will be provided.
Cancellations & Reschedules
All sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 12 hours in advance.

If canceled or rescheduled within less than 12 hours, a 50% refund will be issued.

A new appointment must then be scheduled separately.
(Refunds for multi-session or monthly packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
